Review content:
The Frankie Caputo that previously wrote a review for Caputo's Friendly Inn is not related to the Caputo's that own the bar. However, he was pretty much right on with his comments.
I eat there nearly every Thursday. The food and service can not be matched. The extra light Sicilian style crust, topped with their own secret sauce recipe, is the best I've had. Everything is prepared fresh. Even the pizza shells are hand made by owner Caroline Caputo and a couple other family members.
There's a great family atmosphere. Caputo's Friendly Inn is one of the greatest secret spots in the Monroeville, Pitcairn, Turtle Creek and Trafford area. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great pizza and hoagies.
Its also a great place to kick back and enjoy some drinks and watch major sports events on the 2 Flat screen TV's.
They are open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
5 Stars, hands down.
