Great facility! Friendly Staff! Dankos has it ALL when it comes to fitness!\r

There are plenty of options to get fit: a huge complete weight room, indoor basketball, baseball batting cages, golf simulator, wrestling/MMA room, spin and aerobic classes like Zumba, POWER Pump, scholastic sports camps for wrestling, baseball, softball and more! Also: karate, yoga, pilates as well as CLEAN Locker Rooms, Showers, Sauna and Steam Room, ALSO FREE child care while training and FREE COFFEE TOO for members!\r

They have fantastic Trainers that can help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals or train your son or daughter for participation in scholastic sports. \r
