This is my first Citysearch review. I signed up just so I could write this review, that's how much I love their cakes. My sweetie bought one -- a Cloud Nine -- for my birthday and it was fabulous: Rich, but not too sweet or heavy. We've also had the mocha flavor, equally delicious. \r

The buttercream frostings are wonderful, the cake layers moist and sturdy, the decorations simple and elegant, suitable for family snacking or a lovely wedding. I can't say enough good things about His cakes.\r

Even though I'm greedy, I'm not even going to ask for more flavors (they do eight, according to their website) because the work they do is so spot-on that there's no sense messing with greatness. I'll just end with yum!
Pros: Taste, looks, price
Cons: I need more special events so I can buy more cakes here!
