This is a intermodal company with offices in chicago cincinnati and LA ...they will promise you the world but give you nothing i spent 1 year with them and it was the worst in my 16 years as a driver. this company is a bottom feeder, one of those companies you hear about on the CB. they have no open door policy when you go into the office its like going into a 7-11 store in the hood. .you are greeted with bullet proof glass and must speak to dispatch/admin through a small hole in the glass. they have 8 dispatchers you are not assigned to any one dispatcher its a ""team dispatch"" the 1 year i was there the owner never said 2 words to me. i guess the worst was when i busted my butt hauling containers out of chicago everyday, when i got home at the end of the week i was presented with a invoice for a flat tire i had gotten. IF YOU GET A FLAT THEY WILL BILL YOU FOR THE ROAD CALL AND THE TIRE. as a company driver i felt this was outrages, but they took the money directly out of my check. they want the best drivers but dont know how to treat you. no medical, no ins. no benefits, you dont get paid if you drive under 20 miles to pick up a load ...if you ever been to chicago you know that could be 20 miles of hell..Drivers stay away \r
