I first took my car to them after a larger shop told me I needed a new caliper in addition to the pads and rotors I asked them to replace. The guys at Shoregate Sunoco gave me a price for the same work that was lower than the previous quote for just the pads and rotors. They ordered the parts and I took my car in on a Saturday.\r \r They called me to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the caliper in question and did not want to replace it since it didn't need to be done. How often does a repair shop call to tell you the job will cost less than anticipated, especialy after already getting the parts in and having the breaks apart? \r \r I have been taking all of my cars there ever since and feel that I can trust them to be honest in the diagnosis and repair of the car. Finding an honest repair shop is tough, the fact that their prices are ALWAYS lower than the other quotes I get (yes I do check other places to be sure) is an great bonus.\r \r I send all my friends there. Pros: Honesty, prices, quality of work Cons: Can't always repair the vehicle on the same day, becuase they have to get the parts
