This place is dangerous. While the concept of krav maga may be great, I recommend looking elsewhere for this class. The class was overly crowded, and they give no instruction to keep you safe during class and run exercises so quickly, with people paired up with others of very different sizes and abilities. In my intro class, I was paired randomly with a young man, much stronger than me. We were put in a high-pressure situation where I (a middle-aged woman) had to act like I was coming up behind him to choke him. He threw me down - hard. I warned him not to do this so hard. He did again, and threw me down so my spine landed on his foot. I immediately had to stop working out. None of the instructors even seemed to notice or care. At the end of the class, a few minutes later, I reported my injury and requested ice. I was given a ziplock bag with a couple ice cubes and was directed to the front counter to learn about buying a membership. I have now learned I have disc protrusions and a bone cyst in my spine The company's response? I signed a waiver; contact their attorney. I used to work out with a personal trainer and did p90x2 several times per week. Now, I can't even walk in the grocery store, can't hold my grand kid, and have missed work. Nothing like a life-altering injury in a class that was supposed to teach me how to protect myself. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
