Review content:
This is the worst place to take your laundry, their completely arrogant personnel will not provide any service to you, they will not give you a price in advance (only an estimate which is about a third to half of what they really will charge you), they did not remove any of the spots of my expensive clothing and actually ruined one of my wife's $500 skirt and refuse to take any resposibiltiy for it (after all they forced to sign a waiver before accepting my clothing).\r They send you coupons for 10% off of your next cleaning, but if you don't present it at the time when you bring your clothing, they will not accept it when you pick it up, so in other words they trick you into believing that you will get a 10% discount but in reality they will just add 10% to the already ridiculously overpriced cost of the cleaning. I spent $250 for 4 pieces of clothing (one being a tie), what a rip-off!.\r You will never, ever see me (or my friends) again there. Cons: Expensive, arrogant personnel, missleading
