Excellent Instructor! Thank you so much for this Outlook class.\r

We went with our entire staff for taking Microsoft Outlook class I can honestly say that we learned a whole lot, while we use Outlook on a very regular basis there were so many things we learned that we did not even existed. \r

The Instructor was very good she took time to Answer all our questions & kept it very step by step which I particularly liked a lot, the book was a good guide but really being that we were following along with the instructor the book will serve as a good future reference.\r

I ill recommend wearing a jacket because, the inside A/C was set to very cold (I guess because of all tyhe computers runing but the staff allowed us to adjust the temperature to our comfort all the staff were very friendly & kind Thank you.\r
