The counter clerk (old guy/owner?) is a skunk. Rude, aggressive and thinks he knows everything! I had a newer LB mower, I never had a problem with it. I took it in to have it serviced. They totally screwed it up, now the mower will not start. I am not going back. I do not want their incompetent hands on my machine, nor I will deal with such arrogance or ignorance again. It would be in your best interest to forget this dump of a business ever existed. STAY AWAY! BAD BUSINESS!!!\r

After darn near pulling my arm out of its socket pull starting the mower. I took my mower down to my neighbor who is a mechanic on 911 vehicles. He checked the spark plug, It wasn't changed. He checked the spark it was good though. He checked the suction that was fine. He check the air filter, it wasn't changed. It was old and clogged with dirt. What I paid for was maintenance and I didn't get it. So all and all I paid $ 50.00+ for an oil change on a lawn mower and the blade was sharpened only. This operation is trying to fleece you. They only worked on what is visible to the average Person. IE, oil and blade. I check these things when I received the mower. I forgot to mention I was quoted $35.00 over the phone for a general tune up. Shame on me. \r
