Doctor scheduled my MRI through Insight Imaging. I had never utilized their services and went prepared for the traditional wait time. I was pleasantly surprised! I walked in and signs directed me to check-in via computer which was extremely user-friendly. Within a couple of minutes, I was called to the front desk and greeted by the most pleasant receptionist!! Once finished with required paperwork, I sat waiting for only a very short time before I was called back for the MRI. The technicians were very personable and knowledgeable and explained my procedure thoroughly. I was totally prepared for the MRI and had no qualms about anything. The appointment, from beginning to end, lasted approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. Would I go back? In a heartbeat!!
