My family would highly recommend China Star for its authentic taste and looks. The service we receive from the waiters are superb!! The Management is very friendly and always greet you with a smile! The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. My favorite item is the spicy chicken; then, the chicken on a stick. Everything on the buffett is delicious and leave room for the desserts. The sweet tea is too tasteful to boast about, because it's soooo refreshing. If you are in the Madison, TN., area and need to take a break, stop by China Star and have a great experience. My family has eaten there ever since it opened (in which I can't remember the year)---it has been that long and still going on strong.
Pros: Great food and superb service
Cons: Need a wheelbarrel after eating to be taken to your vehicle
