I was trying to say something nice about your VIOC on Dayton Blvd. but I have spent 20 min.s filling out a bunch of crap so you can bombard my email address with useless crap.\r
Anyway, I am a former owner of a 3 bay fast lube I featured Castrol GTX and Valvoline. Today I drove by your store and the bays were empty but 3 techs. were standing close to a busy intersection holding a sign. The sign was black with white letters on a 3 foot pole. It said"" NO WAIT"", Great idea lets people know that you want to earn their business. People are scared to come into a fast lube of any kind because we let them know whats going on with their automobile but they think we just try to get their cash and run. NOT TRUE
