Review content:
I have been getting my laundry done at NEWPORT WASH & TAN since they opened. I have also known these girls since they started working there. Today has been a crazy red head day. I went to pick up my laundry and had to rush around to get ready for my trip to New Jersey. The lady with the long black hair handed me all of my clothes and mentioned in passing that those are not the hangers that I usually like to have. I said that she was correct. Did not pay much attention and went on with the rest of my chores. I get home to find out that someone else clothes were mixed in with mine. I call Newport Wash & Tan and they said they would call the girl and call me back. I wait and do not get a call back. So I call the girl who's clothes I have and she said she would go to the laundry mat then come to my house and get her clothes. When she comes to get her clothes the red head with the short hair that works there is with her. To my surprise she starts yelling and cussing with the MF. She was yelling at me in front of my neighbors stating that this girl does not know me and insinuating that I could be a very bad person not to be trusted. I was a no good patron for calling her and taking her clothes and causing all this mess. Oh, and did I mention she repeatedly called me a MF'er? In front of my neighbor's children in the middle of the street slamming the girls suv doors. Did I mention I have never had a problem with these people until today and that this girl stated that this was her second time that this had happened? I told this girl that she should reconsider finding another place and stay with NW&T. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! The crazy red head told me that I should probably find another place to get my laundry done. I think she is correct. I think I will also do what my friends advised me to do this past winter and go after the money that they owe me for all of the XL and XXL sweaters they shrank that my 4'11"" petite mother can't even wear now.
