My company uses this service so i gave it a try and requested a SUV. I received an old beat up pile of junk the whole ride to JFK it smelled of burning oil and the driver was not dressed very nicely for a Chauffeur and never even assisted us with our bags. I cancelled my return booking and used anytime Limousine and received great service, a new vehicle and a well dressed Chauffeur
