Review content:
I have used Uptech in the past because they were close and somewhat reasonably priced, but my recent experience left me very disappointed in their service and I will not be going back. I left my computer with them to replace a harddrive. Over the weekend they were broken into and my computer was one that was stolen. I can understand the frustration they must have, but they agreed to replace my computer with a quote, better one. When I went to pick it up it was obvious they rebuilt an old computer (still had a floppy drive), and did not account for the many ports, inputs, or specifications (which I provided) present on my old one. Now I have to go buy a new one anyway to continue with the video editing work I do at home. Their security is lacking, they are under insured, and only try to meet the bare minimum when it comes to meeting the needs of their customers.
