Review content:
After having interviewed 4 other contractors, my wife and I decided on Built by Design for our kitchen remodel project because of their professionalism and promise of personal service. We were never disappointed. From our first design meeting until the final walkthrough, Mike and Dave took great care of our house and our project. We had weekly progress meetings and were always aware of what was happening next, as well as decisions we had to make. The jobsite was always clean and the workers were very courteous. All in all, Built by Design exceeded our high expectations and we have a kitchen we love to show off to our friends and family. They are the only company we'll recommed to anyone looking for a custom remodeler. Thanks again!
Pros: On budget, great communication, quality materials, amazing attitude, excellent finished product
Cons: Tile was delayed a few days due to a special order, but they still met the schedule
