Review content:
We ended up at Chica's by way of a random pick from our Garmin. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by this quaint, clean restaurant. Chris, our server, took great care of us. We never had empty glasses, and he was happy to recommend several items to us. They make all their salsas, etc. from scratch and supply you with cheese dip for your chips at no charge. The prices were right in line with portion size. While the pork burrito I had was a tad on the dry side, it was stuffed to capacity with roasted pork, Mexican rice, and black beans. Any faults of the food were overshadowed by a great staff giving stellar service. I didn't try the yummy-looking melon margarita that was on special, but we heard great comments about it from the diners at the next table over who were enjoying them as a prelude to a birthday dinner. Chica's is certainly worth the stop.
