Review content:
My wife and I live in Decatur and consider ourselves foodies. We eat dinner at restaurants at least 4 nights a week. Mezcalito's is a hidden gem in Oakhurst. The margaritas (Texas Gold on the rocks with salt) are fantastic. We typically start with the chips, salsa and queso. My favorite is the chicken tacos but the highlight of the meal is always the side salad. The dressing keeps us coming back. The best part about this restaurant is the friendly service. Marco and Vlady are always willing to chat. Sit at the bar for a meal to really get the full flavor of the warm and friendly atmosphere. For the past year or so, Sunday night dinners at Mezcalito's have become a tradition, and now, my wife and I proudly call ourselves regulars.
Pros: The service is always fantastic and very friendly
