I called and David answered. I had some questions about equipment for an upcoming trip. The whole idea is I was trying to make our vacation easier and worry-free. One of my questions was if it was okay to take a walk that we usually go on that we need to be in the sand for a bit. I had remembered another rental place that had recommended using a jogging stroller if we would be in the sand. I asked him if this was ok or if we would get charged if there was any sand in the stroller. He told me that if I washed it off it should be ok. I was trying to explain that this would be no problem, we would wash it at the showers and that I always take care of my things but he had started to go off on me and said that I was more concerned if I would get charged and that i wasn't going to take care of his things and he wouldn't rent to me and hung up. I called back and left a message that this must be a misunderstanding and that he must not have heard me and that I had read so many reviews on a parents network. I asked him to call me back and start over. He called me back and told me off again, didn't let me say one word, told me he would not rent to me and hung up again. Totally rude and very upsetting to me. Is this the kind of place we should give business to? I think not.
