Review content:
I have been a client at Fitness Together for two years and two months , working with the same trainer. I could not recommend the program more highly. \r The one trainer/one client/one goal concept is vital. Since starting, I have lost approximately 25 pounds. My body fat is where I want it to be. I am 61 years old and a recreational ice hockey player. My speed, strength and balance on the ice have all improved, which was my initial goal. As a college athlete, I learned to detest work outs, and I still do. I am not one of those people who think sweating and grunting is fun, but I do not see myself leaving FT-Denver anytime soon. My trainer always pushes me a little farther than I would go on my own. This is why I have seen results, not only in athletics, but in life and self respect. Pros: clean facility, trainers know when to push and when to back off
