Review content:
I wish I could give this company no stars. I had a baby in April of this year but due to financial struggles the baby was placed on Medicaid before he was born. Because of this all bills incurred in the hospital should be covered by Medicaid. I told the hospital this repeatedly when they called about bills, each time they took his number, and then they still turned it over to this group. I have spoken to this group multiple times telling them this information, contesting this debt, and giving them his Medicaid number. Each time they take this information, say they will file it with Medicaid, and then continue to call me. Just recently I spoke to them again and the woman was like ""Oh I'll have your caseworker check with the hospital on the status of the Medicaid claims."" So it seems like they continue to pester me about a bill that they are already working on getting paid. Maybe hoping I will pay it and they won't have to wait on Medicaid to do so. Well good luck since my husband is working 14+ hour days just so we can pay the mortgage and light bills and we barely have enough money for food! I hate that this is further affecting my credit for something that should never have been turned over to a creditor and most definitely should've been handled by now. I'm going to attach this to our bankruptcy for sure because I don't trust that it will be handled and not come back to haunt us in the future.
