This company is very difficult to contact. My husband had a medical account in collection with them and we paid it 4 years ago - all of a sudden it showed back on his credit report as an out standing (NEGATIVE) collection!!! NOT COOL! I have to look through my records and get this straight - this is rediculous!!!
Pros: at least the lady was nice on the phone
Cons: hard to contact, terrible record keeping
