I heard about precision camera through the Kodak site. I had problems with my digital camera, and Precision Camera was the ""go to"" place. I was concerned about shipping my camera to some unknown entity...When I called the first time, it wasn't there! The person I spoke to did some searching, and promptly told me it was on its way...Just a couple of days later, I also received a call from Kim, announcing it was there, and they were working on it. Just 5 days or so after I received a call from Kim ( I was going to call on 7th day to check on it, as they say 7-10 days), I received the camera ready to go, and in perfect condition! Needless to say, very happy with the service & attention to the customer...Thank YOU!
