I sent two camcorders in, one came back in three weeks with the same problem. The other after 7 weeks is still who knows where. I today told them to send it back to me unrepaired. They told me Sony had it, Sony cant find it in their shop. Precision said they would ship it back to me in a few days and they know where it was. I don't think it ever left Presision to Sony for repair. They are very unprofesional and I would never send them any thing to repair for me again. I only hope the other camera gets back to me so I can send to to a reliable repair shop. Stay away form this place! Thanks
