I wanted to like and support Nested, but they thoroughly disappointed me. After taking a sizable cash deposit for a special order, it turned out (6 weeks and 3 phone calls later) that the owner had forgotten to place the order at all. The order I thought had been placed was intended to be a birthday gift for my husband. His birthday was 2 days later, and I was left with nothing for him to open.\r

As it happened, I was able to find the items (espresso cups) online for considerably less than Nested was going to charge. I gave my husband a picture of the cups to open on his birthday - not quite the same.\r

I always try to support local businesses, but I expect at least minimal customer service and professionalism. Nested provided neither.
