I took my 12 year old niece for our first helicopter ride over LA and Hollywood in August. The phone conversations I had with the Celebrity staff prior to our appointment provided a great example of superior customer service. I never felt rushed or that my questions were unimportant. Our pilot was exceptional and provided us with a very detailed tour of everything we wanted to see and much, much more – even dolphins jumping in the water. My niece sat up front with him and took loads of pictures. While I've been to the area several times there is nothing like seeing it from the air. I was somewhat skeptical because of some of the reviews I read but the positives outweighed the negatives. We are certainly glad we did it – it was a great experience and a really fun part of our vacation. We highly recommend it.
