Review content:
While waiting 30 minutes for a table we were standing right in front of the bar trying to get a drink. Even after asking the bar tender, she completely ignored us and never came back to us. When we sat down at are table I asked our server to have the manager come over. We told him what had happened. They apologized and assured us we'd be taken good care of. It only went downhill from there. We had to ask for water 3 times. Our next drink took about 20 minutes. I ordered my steak Med so it would be pink in the middle. Server told me I should get it Med-Well. Told him whatever works, just so that it's pink. It came out well done. Then it took 15 minutes to get the bill after we asked for it. The food was very average. I prefer Outback.\r

The manager never came back to check on things.\r

If this sounds like an isolated incident - 2 of the 4 parties around us had more than 1 complaint as well. And they had a different server.
