In an out of the way location (that had some less-than-high-income neighbhorhoods nearby - keep in mind I do not live in portland but austin texas so ya'll probably know where the good and bad neighborhoods are in portland; i definitely felt okay parking near the restaurant though), but it was HIGHLY tastey food. Very nice and not expensive really for what you get. The wine selections need work though as the wines by the glass were more or less not good! The waitstaff seemed a little stretched thin but did a nice job, though. All in all, good place to go.
