I like PF C, the food is good in-house, even if the service is slllloooowww and sometimes non-existent. But DON'T order togo! I've placed 3 orders, 2 online and one over the phone, because I like the food, but I didn't want to deal with the lousy service. For every togo order I've had a minimum of a 20 minute wait, past the time I said I would be by to pick it up. Twice they left items out and other times the quality was lousy. One order I placed online 2 hours in advance and I still had to wait 50 minutes (along with 3 other people) from the time I requested as a pick-up time. Worse, they left out our lettuce wrap, the food that was suppose to be crispy was mushy on the outside and dry in the middle (salt and pepper shrimp and walnut shrimp) and the other items weren't much better. When I called about it I was hung-up on (by accident?) when I called back I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then all they did was sent me a card for a complementary lettuce wrap, and they still charged me for the lettuce wrap on the order I didn't get!
