I cannot tell you enough how horrible this place is. They are absolute criminals. Make sure you read up on Tenant/Landlord acts, because they will absolutely use your naivete against you! I'm not sure if they actually DO paint, clean, and remove garbage from the apartments before letting people move in. I have never actually heard of a time when they did and they certainly didn't for me. It took them A WEEK to do ANY of it in my place. Maintenance is absolutely terrible. The guys I have spoken to were rude, condescending, LAZY, and did a half-assed and late job on EVERYTHING. If you have absolutely no other choice, go ahead and rent from them. But you better reserve a truck for the last day of your lease because I guarantee you, you will not be signing another one.
