I know enough tech stuff to be dangerous and i know ZEEE-ROW about Mac's. I got a G4 powerbook for my wife; which she loves but to run some of her older design programs she needed OS-9 and was getting a little OCD about it. After trying everything from getting boot disc to talking to the Apple-Not so genius bar. The staff at WFM Palo Alto store was able to help her with OS 9 and her programs. \r
I highly recommend these guys.
