These guys are great, I brought in my powerbook titanium for a hard drive, and ram upgrade.. Their turn-around time was no more than 2 days. Amazingly fast!\r
They even offered to install the latest operating system free of charge, as long as I purchased the RAM, as incentive to keep this machine operational for as long as possible, and to keep the repair cost-efficient.\r
Now my powerbook will be compatible with my new iPod! Thanks We Fix Macs!
Pros: They'll keep it cost-efficient
Cons: They don't service many newer Macs.
