I lived in Stephen Foster for a year and was very pleased with what I got for my money. The apartments are centrally located to access Green Hills, Lipscomb, downtown, Vandy, etc. I rarely had any maintenance issues, but when I did, the maintenance staff came at a moments notice. The complex is not the top of the line, but it is very adequate for the area and the price. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to be in the Green Hills area without a caviar budget. Note: I had issues with Comcast signals fluctuating daily. This was a Comcast issue and not an apartment issue.
