I never take the time to write reviews but just had to after this awful experience... My tenants called this company out to fix a furnace that wasn't working. Mr Nash fixed the problem however when they were done, failed to check the other gas appliances in the house - including the water heater - to make sure they were working after having to shut off gas to do repairs. Tenants left for a week long vacation day after and came home to no hot water in the middle of winter because Mr Nash didn't take the extra minute and a half to check that everything was working when they left. Unfortunately after having been off for a week in the freezing cold of winter, the PR valve on the water heater broke when turned back on again. When I asked them to come out an fix, all they came up with was, ""We have no way of knowing that was the situation. We didn't touch the water heater. We did not intentionally turn off the pilot light. It is not our fault."" They also alleged that the gas plumbing to the water heater was the problem and the problem must have been a co-incidence. Yeah right. A 5 minute convo with NW Natural verified what I had suspected... that the Mr Nash repair man had been lazy - they should have done a cursory check to ensure that all other gas appliances were working when they left. It would have taken just a couple of minutes. Instead of taking even an ounce of responsibility for the problem they caused, they've responded with everything but that for their oversight... I even offered to pay for the part if they would just go over and install it. They didn't care a bit and were completely uninterested in making the situation right . I don't know who wrote their other reviews but my suspicion is that they might have been done 'in house' because my experience with all I spoke to was so shocking. My advise is stay away from this company! Cons: horrible customer service, negligent and sloppy workmanship
