Businiess name:  LongHorn Steakhouse

Review content:
This Longhorn Steakhouse location used to have a reputation for the best steaks in the Eastgate area. The last time we visited, about six months ago, this was true. However, several of our neighbors stopped going there, claiming the quality had gone downhill. We decided to visit yesterday to see for ourselves. They were right.\r \r I'll just reel off the criticisms, here:\r \r 1) No greeting at door.\r 2) Dirty bar, covered in peanut shells, abandoned plates with food still on them, wet spots.\r 3) Bartender unfriendly to the point of being rude.\r 4) Small drinks at higher-than-average price.\r 5) Steaks had too much gristle.\r 6) Food very plainly prepared, no seasoning.\r \r Only positive thing I can say is the server was friendly. I was especially surprised by this given that the restaurant appeared to be understaffed. We had to wait about 10 minutes after finishing our meal to get our check.\r \r I guess being part of a chain means you don't have to care about quality? I'm not sure, but I know Longhorn lost two customers yesterday.
