Review content:
We love Red Robin. They have a solid core of their best stuff with lots of options (burgers and fries), plus a wide enough range of other options that it stays fresh and you don't get stuck in a rut. Service is usually great, too, and the atmosphere is fun for all ages. But this location really misses something. We were seated promptly, not quite ready to order beverages the first time our server came, so we waited almost 20 minutes until we finally stopped a manager who had passed us several times but never even noticed we weren't served. Food came all at once (appetizers and entrees) so we had to decide which one to let get cold. Drink refills were slow in coming and we felt like we were in the way.
