Review content:
Attempted to have this company install my house a year ago. After missing the first appointment
without a phone call to tell me why, they showed
up for the second one. The young man told me I would need a longer pole to mount on my roof
when the tower is in plain view at my house. He
said he didn't have it, and that he would have to
leave to go get one. When the young man left he
never returned. I called to schedule yet another
appointment for the install, and again they never
showed up and never called to give a reason as to
why. Here we are a year later. I have contacted
this company yet again as they are the only
company that offers broadband in my area. I
wanted to see if my experience would change if I
could talk to somebody new. I scheduled an install
and took off of work to be home for the install.
Well I can tell you, nothing has changed. I sat at
home all day waiting on these people, and nobody
showed or called. To make matters worse, I kept
calling in to see if they were going to be able to
make it out or if we needed to reschedule.
However, I was unable to reach anybody
throughout the day. I called several times and left
many messages. Not one call has been returned
yet. As I sit here and type this review, I wonder if I
actually were installed, is this the type of customer
service I can expect from this company.
