If i could give this USPS office one star, I would. I understand having a bad day, but this woman is seemingly having a bad life, and you, the customer, get the brunt of it. No matter how nice I am to her, I still get treated like crap. I know working with the public can be irritating, but how horrible can this gig really be? It's so bad, that I am starting to think I am going to take the bus (I don't drive) to the next nearest office, even though I live just a few blocks away from this one. Sick of getting the snappy short treatment for asking a simple question, or you know, like trying to send mail.... USPS, get a clue. Your counter workers have never been very nice, in general, but this is pretty bad. Let this lady retire already, and hire one of the many great, qualified people who need jobs in her place; somebody who could at least offer a smile now and then? Unless you just happen to need toilet paper from Safeway, or a latte from Starbucks, avoid this place like the plague.
