We hired Will Harris (of Will's Handyman service, Plano TX 75074) to redo our master bath which included building a new shower stall and installing a frameless glass enclosure around it. We purchased the frameless shower glass ourselves and he was responsible for installing it. He failed to follow manufacturer's instructions and broke the shower glass during installation. He has evaded his responsibility of replacing the glass and paying for its installation. Frameless showers glass is very expensive! He was paid in full for the project, on the belief that he will keep his word and finish the task. He has not answered our calls, emails and has refused to accept mail from USPS. We have filed a complaint with the BBB (case #91170919) and he has not responded to that either. Because of him, we did not have a running shower for over a month and there are tasks yet to be completed, for which we have already paid him.\r
We hired him based on online reviews (which were probably fake), but have been cheated of our money, time and peace of mind. Do not hire him. Beware!\r
