Review content:
Will Harris was hired to tile a bathroom floor and tub surround. First off, he gave us a bill for TWICE as much as his original written quote, claiming it took him longer to do. That was entirely because of his tiling mistakes. He had to remove and retile a portion of the floor multiple times, in spite of which, the tiles are still popping out and the grout is cracking in several areas. An entire wall of tiles that he had just installed was moving and his fix was to put in additional screws to hold it in place!! He did not properly estimate the amount of accent tile that was needed, so he had to re-cut and insert them after laying down the entire floor. He did not know how to do things the right way, such as using a water barrier behind the tub surround, sloping the soap niche for water to drain out, or how to change out fixtures. Finally, he gave us a ridiculously jacked up invoice (twice his original quote!!). We are very unhappy with his sloppy, unprofessional work. We were left without a running shower for over two weeks due to his mistakes. He did not answer our calls and emails. We later realized he has several complaints against him on the BBB. We were taken for a ride because we trusted him. Don't fall for this scam!
