Review content:
First time visit to Alicia's Pet Parlor was a truly horrible experience. Dog was brought in for grooming with very specific instructions on how to be groomed (no trimming, no shaving, no perfume). This dog is very nervous about the grooming process which was estimated to take about 2 hours. After 3 hours, they brought out the dog: Shaved rear end, tail cut from 8 inches to 2 inches and covered in perfume to which the dog had an allergic reaction. The owner, Alicia, did not apologize, had no explanation and simply responded that she would offer the next grooming at a discount. Seriously. Please be warned and NEVER take your beloved pet to this awful, awful place. Truly, they should not be in business.
