I have had several problems with this company. The first problem is we used Gardening Angel Nursery to put a live oak tree in our yard. They were eager and happy to come out right away and take our money. We followed the directions they gave us for taking care of the tree, but the tree died after 6 months. I talked to them several times during and they said the tree was probably in shock and to try certain things. The tree actually came back and started to get green again, but all the rain we got killed it. So I called up Drew, the owner. He said he would find out when he could replace the tree (possibly the upcoming weekend) and get back to us. (He never even bothered to come out and look) After the weekend passed and we had not heard from him we called him up to see what was going on. He sounded very annoyed and said he had up to a year to replace the tree. He said he would get to it when he got to it and when his guys were not busy. Come to find out the weekend that just passed his guys had no work. We are still in the process of getting our tree replaced and we are calling him every day. He has very bad customer service skills and lack of communication. \r

Then we had another problem with him. A couple of months after the live oak tree was put in we decided to hire them for some landscaping work. I called Herman, the head landscaper and talked to him about the job. He told me to leave him the address on his voicemail. I never heard back from him. Then I decided to call the owner, Drew. I called and left a message 2 seperate times over a course of a couple of weeks. I left him a very detailed message about the work I wanted done, but I never even received a call back! Does he check his messages? Don't use this company!!!
