Review content:
So I was really hungry after a day of hiking and couldnt wait to get home so I stopped in to this Ruby Tuesdays. I sat at the bar and was given a menu. She asked what I wanted to drink and was immediately given my drink. It all went bad after that. I literally sat there for 15 minutes before I had to ask someone if I could order food. It was the manager no less. It seems she was more interested in taking a food order from a coworker then myself, a paying customer. Then, after about another 15 minutes after ordering, my burger arrives and I let the server know that I also ordered a bowl of chili. Just as I was finishing the last bite of my hamburger the server tells me my chili will be arriving shortly. I tell her to forget it and just take the chili off my tab. Normally, I leave at least 20% tip. This is the first time EVER I have never left a tip. I guess this is why I go to chain restaurants only out of desperation. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like your order messed up and you like to wait around for service.
Pros: "Interesting" customers around the bar
Cons: service nonexistent
