Review content:
I had my wedding at the 23rd Floor of the Wells Fargo building last fall.\r
\r
The view is truly amazing. We rented out the ""Wasatch Room"" for the evening. The facility is beautiful, but for the $10,000(+/-) I spent was outrageous for the service I received.\r
\r
My planner ""Megan"" was as nice as the day was long. She was helpful, cheerful and polite.\r
\r
The problem here is the prices and all of the ""rules"" this facility has. You can't have your own caterer, you must use their. Their caterer has a cheap print off menu with overpriced options. There is no option to taste the food, or look at photos of their catering. It was just a bundle of white paper with black text. \r
\r
The absolute worst thing about my wedding at this facility was that the AC went out. It was beyond hot in the place. Imagine a bridesmaid trying to get friends to bring fans to the reception site all while the whole wedding party is sweating. Yeah, I'll never forget putting on my makeup while wiping sweat away from my forehead every thirty seconds.\r
\r
The AC was out for the whole evening. My ceremony resembled an overdressed sauna party. Plenty of our guests apologized as they left the reception site early, complaining that it was ""just too hot""\r
\r
The best part... no refund or compensation for the AC being out. Terrible customer service and outrageous prices.\r
Pros: Beautiful View, Friendly Coordinator
Cons: Overpriced, NO AC, Limited Menu
