I have been with this group for about six months. I needed reach Sky for a customer service issue and looked them up online. I saw the reviews that are listed below. I spoke to the curtomer service rep and encouraged him to address the issues because I believe they are misleading. My experience with SKy has been wonderful. Rather than having to wait at home for several hours at home, they called me when they were on the way to install and I met them. They have responded quickly to every call I have made and their assistance over the phone has always been adequate in fixing any problems. The bill was exactly what they said it would be, and I signed up for the TV/Wireless/Phone bundle through SKy and Clear. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company.
