ok, decent apartments, but slightly overpriced, but HUGE reason not to live here is lack of parking. almost zero guest parking, and you only get one spot per apt. also their guidelines for letting people in is suspect, theyve let in people with criminal records. there was also an identity theft ring operating out of here year or two ago! dumpsters are hidden, nice touch.
decent maintaince/upkeep looks nice.
