Review content:
I booked a private class with Art for a special even for my family. I had booked it months in advance and my family lives quite a distance from each other so getting together to take the class was quite an ordeal. Art called me the evening before (once all of the travel was complete of course) to say he had back problems and needed to cancel. He does not have any sort of a back-up or contingency plan. I understand that things out of our control happen, but the way Art handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. He was unapologetic. Also, he had trouble reaching me on my cell phone the evening before and I called him back early the next morning. He said ?Should have kept your cell phone nearby?, as if finding out that he was canceling the night before would have made a bit of difference. It is one thing to cancel on someone but entirely different to be rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend the kitchen workshop.
