I used the shuttle on Sat 9 Jun 2012. Since it runs every 2 hours, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the 6:30pm from Indy Airport to Purdue. The driver waited until 6:40, then 15 minutes into the drive, the shuttle service made him turn around!! I found that extremely unprofessional and rude. I don't understand why they made him turn around. If you're late, then you wait. Instead of having us turn around, why was there not a backup driver/shuttle?? Half the passengers were angry for having turned around, the other half angry because they thought the shuttle was late. I paid $27 when I could have paid $20 with Star of America. I hope we will be reimbursed in some form, but I am definitely using Star from now on.
