Review content:
I brought my Harley into County Line in February for minor customization work?a wide glide front end to be set with more degrees on the rake; a 200 rear tire, a new rear custom fender, a new 2 up seat, new lights, a new speedo and other minor items. The owner (Arman) told me it would take 30 days. 30 days later, he hadn?t even touched the bike. When I showed up to see the progress on the bike?he told me that the he had ?shipped the bike out? for some minor repair. That was BS. It was in his storage facility, untouched. Over the course of the next 7 months, he told me lie after lie about why the bike wasn?t ready. I mistakenly paid him for the work in advance.\r
\r
LESSON LEARNED. DON?T GIVE THIS GUY A DIME UNTIL HE COMPLETES THE WORK. ACTUALLY, JUST DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS. HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION. \r
\r
7 months later, he said the bike was ready. When I went to pick up the bike I couldn?t believe it! He didn?t change the rake (and lied about why he couldn't change it); the new speedo had 800 miles on it (he said is was delivered with that mileage, but after checking with the manufacturer?I found out it was just another lie); he put a 180 tire instead of a 200 (another lie as to why), he put a cheapo lick and stick seat for the passenger?.and about 10 other things were wrong with it. \r
\r
He agreed to take care of it all?plus he told me it was only a temporary seat?the new seat was due in two days. A week later, he called me to tell me that the bike was done. When I showed up (unannounced two weeks later?he hadn?t done a single thing! He had lied once again. I finally smartened up and just took the bike.\r
\r
I brought the Bike into a Harley Dealer in LA. They smiled when I told them the story. They had serviced many customers who had the County Line ?experience?. Evidently, the owner has a terrible reputation. \r
\r
DON?T MAKE THE SAME COSTLY MISTAKE THAT I DID. DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE TO COUNTY LINE CYCLES! THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!\r
