Usually I don't use this location.But due to my move it's much closer then the other office I use for exams,etc. The receptionist was VERY unhelpful.I was irritated when she wouldn't answer my ?s, but was completly dissatisfied when she got annoyed when I wanted a simple explanation on something. She is the receptionist, she was the first person I saw walking into the door, and my first impression.She looked annoyed and angry the whole time i was there. I dont think i saw her greet a single person with a smile. I unfortunately had to go there again, and she was even worse that time.I will never go back there. I didn't understand what she was talking about and again she got annoyed I needed an explanation and pretty much bluntly told me she would't help me. Never been so insulted in my life.
Pros: It's close to were I live
Cons: awful customer service, bad attitude.Unhelpful.
